Eviction Coordination Fee $275 (Excludes Locks)
This fee covers the specialized time and resources required to professionally coordinate the legal and logistical process of an eviction. This includes preparation and filing of all necessary legal documentation and liaison with the Provincial Corrections Department and the Tenant and Landlord Relations Office. Extended Area Mileage $0.85/KM (Outside City Limits)
